Thorlak Caliper Covers - Return & Refund Policy

At Thorlak Caliper Covers, we take pride in the precision and quality of our products. Since our caliper covers are engineered for specific vehicle models, we have established a fair and transparent return process to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Window
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. After 14 days, all sales are considered final unless a manufacturing defect is discovered.
2. Eligibility & Condition
To ensure a successful return, please note:

Items must be in brand-new, uninstalled condition.

All original packaging, hardware, and installation guides must be included.

A valid proof of purchase (order number) is required.

Important: Please do not send items back without an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from our support team.
3. Fitment Guarantee & Return Shipping
We want your vehicle to look its best. Our return fees depend on the nature of the return:

Our Responsibility (Fitment/Defect): If we send you the wrong part or if there is a confirmed fitment issue despite you providing the correct vehicle details, we will provide a pre-paid return label and issue a 100% full refund or a free replacement.

Customer Choice (Change of Mind/Ordering Error): If you decide you no longer want the product or accidentally ordered for the wrong vehicle model:

The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A 15% Restocking Fee will be applied to cover inspection and repackaging

4. Custom & Personalized Orders
Since custom-engraved or specially painted covers are made to your unique specifications, they are non-returnable. However, if a custom item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing error, we will replace it at no cost to you.
5. Damages & Shipping Issues
Please inspect your package immediately upon arrival. If the item is damaged during transit, you must contact us at Support@thorlakcalipercovers.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage so we can file a claim and send your replacement.
6. Refund Timeline

Inspection: Once we receive your return, please allow 5-7 business days for our technical team to inspect the covers.

Approval: We will notify you via email regarding the approval of your refund.

Payment: Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
